Office Visit

At the initial appointment, we will have the chance to get acquainted and will determine if there is a need for orthodontic treatment. Many of your questions can be answered at this appointment, and we encourage you to ask about any of your concerns.

We require one or both parents to be present at the exam for all patients under the age of 18.

If orthodontic treatment is indicated, a second, longer appointment will be arranged to acquire the necessary diagnostic information.

Please fill out our Patient Information Form and return it to our office, prior to your appointment, or you may bring it with you to the initial appointment.
